This policy explains how Cazorel cars, trading as Cazorel, uses personal data connected with cazorel.com and vehicle rental requests. It covers visitors, people contacting us and customers. Information you give us
When preparing a request, we process the selected vehicle, dates, times, pickup and return locations, extras, currency, amount and contact details needed to reply. Communications may also include a flight number, delivery preference or comments you choose to provide. Do not enter payment card details, identity documents or sensitive information in free-text fields.
If you use an account, we retain profile information, order references, request history and status. Documents required for the rental agreement may be requested separately at the appropriate stage. The website does not automatically determine your eligibility to drive.
Why we use this information
- Answer enquiries and prepare the rental you request.
- Check dates and availability, calculate prices, arrange pickup and follow up on bookings.
- Handle changes, cancellations, complaints and applicable accounting obligations.
- Protect the website, prevent abusive submissions and provide secure account access.
- Measure website use and advertising campaigns according to your consent choices for the relevant trackers.
Request information is used to take steps you ask for and, once a rental is confirmed, to carry it out. Certain records are retained to meet legal obligations or establish or defend a right. Non-essential analytics and advertising rely on your consent. Declining these trackers should not prevent you from sending a request.
WooCommerce and the booking journey
WooCommerce manages the summary, order and customer account. Technical cookies maintain the session and request details between pages. Form information is used to handle your request; a recorded order alone is not a confirmed booking. The selected EUR, USD or MAD currency, rate and accepted amount are saved with the request to preserve a stable summary.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, navigation events, referral sources and technical browser or device information. Meta Pixel can measure advertising-related actions and support advertising audiences. Meta may associate events it receives with information it already holds under its own policies.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays based on interactions with pages, including clicks, scrolling and browsing behaviour. These tools must not receive booking field text, contact details, private order references or account information. Booking and account pages are excluded from our custom analytics scripts. Consent controls and masking reduce collected data without making all browsing anonymous.

Google maps and external links
Embedded Google maps display automatically on the relevant pages. Loading them sends information including your IP address and browser details to Google, which applies its own privacy rules and may use its technologies. “Get directions on Google Maps” opens the Google Maps service or app. Our address and phone number also remain available as text.
Access, recipients and processing locations
Cazorel staff access information needed to manage your request. Hosting, maintenance, messaging and security providers may process data within their respective roles. Analytics and advertising tools receive data related to the functions you have accepted. We do not sell your booking file.
International providers may process data outside Morocco. Transfers must be governed by applicable requirements, including Moroccan Law 09-08 and CNDP requirements. This page does not claim any particular administrative authorisation. You may request information about recipients and safeguards applicable to your records.
Retention and security
We limit retention to the needs of the request, customer relationship, applicable obligations and disputes. Technical and measurement data follow each tool’s settings. Cookie lifetimes are not the retention period for a rental file. Backup copies may remain until their replacement cycle; they are not used to reactivate a deleted request.
Access is limited to people who need it. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, although no online service can guarantee zero risk. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to your information, correction and, subject to applicable rules, object to certain processing or request deletion. Withdrawing tracking consent applies going forward and does not invalidate earlier processing based on consent. A retention obligation or dispute may prevent immediate deletion.

Changes to this policy
The date at the top identifies this version. We update the policy when services, tools or obligations change. Material changes affecting an existing request will be communicated where necessary.
