General rental conditions

The following establishes the general conditions of sale regarding the car rental reservation service at Cazorel.

 

ARTICLE 1 — OUR SERVICES

The website www.cazorel.com facilitates the on-line booking of our vehicles. We advise you to read carefully and understand the terms and conditions of rental before using our services. By accessing and using our services, you legally agree to comply with these general rental conditions and the possible modifications to which they will be subjected periodically.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and these changes will take effect once published on the website.

 

ARTICLE 2 — RENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Valid driving license for 2 years.
  • Only the driver designated in the contract can drive.
  • The deposit is required by imprint of the credit card, returned to the return of the vehicle.

The lessee undertakes not to let the car be driven by other persons than himself or those approved by the lessor and which he guarantees, and to use the vehicle only for his personal needs. It is forbidden to track, drive drunk, participate in any competition or use the vehicle for illegal purposes or transport goods. The tenant undertakes not to solicit customs documents directly. It is forbidden for the tenant to overload the rented vehicle by transporting a greater number of passengers than the one carried on the contract, on pain of being deprived of the insurance.

 

Our rates include :

  • All risks insurance with possibility of redemption of franchise.
  • Unlimited mileage
  • Taxes departing from an airport
  • Additional driver
  • Delivery: Airport, Hotel, Riad
  • 7/7 support
  • Oil, vehicle maintenance
  • Third-party liability insurance, theft and fire of the vehicle.
  • Vehicle fuel is not included in our rates.

 

ARTICLE 3 — INSURANCE

The vehicles are all risks insured. However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, civil liability and persons transported, a deductible (possibility of redemption of the franchise) remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that his partial or entire responsibility would be engaged.

The damage of the vehicle is covered only on production of an accident report within 24 hours.
If you are not responsible for the accident no charge will be asked. If you are responsible for the accident only the damage to our vehicle will be your responsibility.

 

ARTICLE 4 — RESERVATION

  • Online booking is completely free. We do not ask for your credit card information. You will only complet your booking.
  • After confirming your booking online, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • The currency in which the rates are displayed is the euro.
  • You will need to present this email confirmation when you meet with our agent.

 

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT OF YOUR BOOKING

 

Direct reservation without deposit subject to confirmation:

The payment is made at the time of the taking into charge of the vehicle in euro cash or the equivalent in Dirham local currency or credit card, covering :
– third party insurance
– unlimited mileage
– Assistance 7/7.

 

ARTICLE 6 — PRIVACY CHARTER

We are committed to protecting all data about you and to ensuring maximum security when completing your booking. Protecting your privacy and your personal data is one of our priorities.

Cazorel  collects the data you provide when you book, the same data that our site uses for:

  • The use of your personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address …) in order to process your reservation request;
  • Send you information about our services and promotions that may be of interest to you;
  • Collect your impressions and comments about  services offered on our site;

You may choose not to provide us with any data, although this may be necessary to book cars or to take advantage of certain offers and promotions on Cazorel.

 

ARTICLE 9 — DISCLAIMER

By using Our Services, you have agreed to comply with the laws, statutes and regulations established regarding the use of our site and therefore we will not be held responsible for the non respect of these.

It is also your responsibility to obtain a valid Visa (if necessary) and to be in good standing with the medical and customs formalities of Morocco.

Without interfering with what has been mentioned above, in the event that Cazorel is brought on the order of the court or jurisdiction having to pay you damages, then you must agree that the sum of these damages and interest can not in any case be greater than the amount of your reservation paid to the agency.

However, these general rental conditions are in no way intended to limit your rights as a consumer subject to applicable law or to exclude or limit the liability of Cazorel, in case of death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Cazorel.

 

ARTICLE 10 — ACT INTO FORCE

Unless stated otherwise, the software necessary for our services or made available on our website and used by the latter, as well as the intellectual property rights (including copyright) of the contents, information and materials of our website, are the exclusive property of Cazorel, its suppliers or its service providers.
